1. Description of Service
Our Service is an internal CRM tool designed for authorized staff members of Groworth Real Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The Service includes:
- Google Calendar integration for scheduling and managing appointments
- Customer relationship management features
- Data storage and management for business operations
- Authentication through Google OAuth 2.0
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Authorization
Access to our CRM tool is restricted to authorized employees, contractors, and agents of Groworth Real Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may only use the Service if you have been explicitly granted access by the company.
2.2 Google Account Requirement
To use certain features of our Service, you must have a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. 3. Google Services Integration

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Groworth Real Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service; b) your violation of any term of these Terms; or c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
